The 1,568-square-foot lodge features two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, two-car garage, and an impressive two-story Austin stone fireplace. Additional amenities include a pool table, outdoor fireplace, fire pit, and a deer-cleaning station finished with Austin stone. 5G service is available on the ranch. An automatic entrance gate provides convenient access directly from FM 503 while maintaining privacy. The lodge is approximately nine-tenths of a mile from the entrance gate. A truck is recommended for access to the lodge, and an ATV is ideal for exploring the property. A 10,000-gallon water tank provides ample water, with a filtration system. The property is currently AG exempt and offers potential for a wildlife exemption. Please note that the water is currently turned off at the lodge.
